Meg and I have a friend with 100 acres and a fantastic barn; when she invited us to workout we were in. Although the workout was harder than we wanted it to be, the post workout Caesar and lounge by the pool made it totally worth it.
Since we had limited equipment, we decided to do a Tabata workout; which is high intensity interval training (HIIT). You pick four exercises and do them each for four minutes, performing 20 seconds of work with a ten second rest. After eight rounds, you switch to the next exercise.

50 Double Unders -partner does a handstand hold while you’re completing the skipping.
You can download a Tabata clock app which makes keeping track of your rounds and time easy.
Have a great weekend.
