This week we wanted to give you another great workout that requires no equipment, which means no excuses. Get moving. We’d like to thank our friend Nora for this one.
It’s really simple:
400m walking lunges – we did it around a track, but you can do it anywhere; on the sidewalk at a soccer field-you get the idea.
Every 100m stop and alternate between 50 sit-ups & 50 push -ups. If that number is too daunting do 25. By the time you’re finished you will have done 100 sit-ups and 100 push-ups.
Remember on your walking lunge: chest up, keep your weight in your heels and your core engaged (think belly button to spine).
